William Gingras – Arthur Majordome Founder

A dynamic entrepreneur, William Gingras founded Arthur Majordome three years ago to focus on meeting the needs of highly engaged professionals. He offers his clientele unique concierge services and exciting, personalized activities to provide them with extraordinary life experiences.

At university, he studied business administration, international option. “I travelled to many countries during my studies, meeting a lot of people and discovering many different ways of life. When I came back to Quebec, I got involved in charity work by organizing events in the art world. Through this experience, I met many successful professionals and realized that, although they enjoyed exceptional careers, they suffered from a lack of time. This phenomenon was very common and also created problems, notably when it came to their work-life balance,” recounts the charming business owner. He subsequently founded Arthur Majordome with the goal of providing elite concierge services. His proactive approach differs from that of a mere personal assistant, because he proposes original, exclusive, and, above all, thoughtful products. As he explains, “When clients become members, they are assigned a personal concierge. This concierge gets to know the client’s lifestyle and then figures out what form of assistance will best help the client live a happy, fulfilled life.” From arranging a private party on a yacht to booking a trip to northern Quebec to see the aurora borealis, organizing a birthday celebration, or finding a tutor, anything is possible. “People turn to us primarily because we are the leader in our field, thanks to our national and international network. They also really appreciate the fact that we are always on the lookout for novel, engaging experiences,” concludes Gingras.
