ROUTY
Mediterranean inspiration — In Outremont, in the former Boxermans location, Routy marks a new chapter for Chef Grégoire Routy and his partner, Éric Berlin, who also run the neighbouring restaurant Myers. Drawing on his experience at Michelin-starred restaurants in France, England, and Denmark, the chef presents a modern, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine where local ingredients are elevated with precision. Grilled sea bream with candied lemon, duck with eggplant purée, and zucchini flowers with green beans and cashew butter exemplify this refined and masterful approach to cooking, where freshness and textures take centre stage. Routy is a tribute to the chef’s grandmother, who passed down her culinary expertise to him in her native Provence.

LE PETIT COMITÉ
Creative gastronomy — In the heart of downtown, this hidden gem offers a unique gastronomic experience. Following the opening of Le Grand Comité, where he serves exceptional bistro cuisine, Chef Rémi Lemieux raises the bar with this restaurant nestled in the adjoining room of the first establishment. In a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere, guests indulge in a unique tasting menu featuring the finest local ingredients. The chef promises an experience worthy of a three-Michelin-star restaurant. Drawing on his extensive international culinary background, he will immerse you in a world where masterful French cuisine is punctuated by creative touches and enlivened with several surprises. Pastry Chef Iari Prassi also has his own share of spectacular creations in store.
OSTERIA BERTO
An Italian legacy — Near the Jean-Talon Market, Chef Riccardo Bertolino has opened this restaurant—inspired by the culinary heritage of his home country— with his wife, sommelier Isabel Bordeleau. After several years at Maison Boulud, he is winning over diners with this venture, where every dish tells a story and guests enjoy a warm, friendly welcome. Italian inspiration serves as the starting point for cuisine of great finesse, where a selection of exceptional ingredients from both Italy and Quebec come together for a contemporary take on the classics. Handmade fresh pasta, vitello tonnato, and stracci alla finanziera are just a few examples of the menu’s must-try dishes. A carefully curated wine list complements this memorable dining experience.

BOUS
Persian cuisine reimagined — Located in the Golden Square Mile, BOUS introduces guests to the richness of Persian cuisine in a contemporary and refined style. Every element of the decor contributes to the experience of Iranian culture, in a chic and relaxed atmosphere. The menu, created by Hamed Masoumi, showcases dishes that reinterpret Persian classics, including tahchin (a crispy saffron rice cake), kashko- bademjoon (smoked eggplant with yogurt), and the divine ghormeh sabzi (a five-herb stew served with Kamouraska lamb shoulder). Zao Zrafi’s cocktail menu echoes the exotic flavours of the food. The elegance of the dishes, the balance of flavours, and the warm welcome make this a must-visit spot.
