New year, new agenda teeming with events on the national and international stages for contemporary artist Caroline Monnet (Anishinaabe/French). Thus, in 2026, her work will once again be displayed in the four corners of the world, like in Switzerland, Australia, Germany, Canada and the Netherlands where, from March 26 to May 16, 2026, she will be welcomed as artist in residence at the Wereldmuseum (Museum of the World), a group of museums (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berg en Dal, Leiden) which explore world cultures.

Caroline Monnet invites the public to discover her various creations.
Sculptures, cinema, photographs, textiles and embroidery, the coming months will reaffirm not only all the richness of her work, but also her singular signature and the universal scope of her thoughts on First Nations identity. As this year begins, here is an overview of the exhibitions of one of the most vibrant voices in contemporary creation.
Caroline Monnet (Anishinaabe/French) is a multidisciplinary artist from the Outaouais region of Quebec.
