Ginger Sour
1.5 oz / 50 ml Hennessy Very Special
0.75 oz / 20 ml Giffard ginger liquor
0.2 oz / 5 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz / 20 ml Egg white
2 pieces Ginger slices
1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker
2. Shake without ice for 6 seconds
3. Add ice cubes and the ginger slices into the shaker
4. Shake for 10 seconds
5. Double strain into a chilled coupette and serve

Rubin Cocktail
A crisp and fruity combination of Belvedere Vodka, grapefruit & orange juices, a hint of green tea, vermouth and tonic water leads to this light and refreshing summer drink. *
2/3 oz / 20 ml Belvedere
2/3 oz / 20 ml Dolin Blanc
2/3 oz / 20 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
2/3 oz / 20 ml Orange Juice
1 oz / 30 ml Cold Green Tea
1 Grapefruit slice
*Top with Premium Tonic Water
A few tips on how to make the Rubin Cocktail:
1. Add all ingredients to a spritz glass and fill with ice
2. Stir to combine
3. Garnish with 1 slice of grapefruit
*DID YOU KNOW ‘Rubin’ means ‘Ruby’ in Polish. The cocktail name is a nod to the ruby red grapefruit featured in this recipe.
Pomme Highball
A light and refreshing Belvedere Vodka highball cocktail, with undertones of fresh citrus and apples.
1.5 oz /45 ml Belvedere
2 oz / 60 ml Pressed Apple Juice
2/3 oz / 20 ml Lime Juice
1/3 oz / 10 ml Sugar Syrup
2 Turmeric dusted cucumber slices to garnish
*Top with Soda Water
A few tips on how to make the Pomme Highball:
1. Add all ingredients top highball glass and fill with ice
2. Stir to combine
3. Top with soda water
4. Garnish with 2 turmeric dusted cucumber slices
