Ginger Sour

1.5 oz / 50 ml Hennessy Very Special
0.75 oz / 20 ml Giffard ginger liquor
0.2 oz / 5 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz / 20 ml Egg white
2 pieces Ginger slices

    Roche Bobois

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker
2. Shake without ice for 6 seconds
3. Add ice cubes and the ginger slices into the shaker
4. Shake for 10 seconds
5. Double strain into a chilled coupette and serve
