The Caesar

Ardbeg has re-envisioned the classic Canadian cocktail, the Caesar, to excite your taste buds. Enter the Ardbeg Caesar – your favourite cocktail fused with the Ardbeg Ten Years Old Single Malt Whisky.

2 tbsp seasoned salt mix, for garnish (your favourite meat rub, cane sugar, smoked paprika, etc.)
1.5 oz / 45 ml Ardbeg Ten Years Old whisky
1 splash Tabasco
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
8-10 oz / 236-295 ml Clamato juice
1 lime wedge
1 sprig fresh herb (thyme or rosemary), to garnish
1 jalapeno pepper, to garnish (optional)
Rim glass with seasoned salt.

1. Rim glass with seasoned salt
2. Add whisky, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
3. Mix and add Clamato.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with lime wedge, fresh herbs and pepper.
