Lady Gaga x Dom Pérignon

The freedom to create, to tell one’s story and to reinvent oneself is the very essence of the new artistic collaboration between international star Lady Gaga and prestigious champagne producer Dom Pérignon.

This new creative dialogue was launched in the fall with the issue of two limited edition vintages—Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage 2010 and Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2006.

Following Lenny Kravitz, Lady Gaga takes on the title of Creative Director, working hand in hand with Vincent Chaperon, Dom Pérignon’s Cellar Master, to create the visuals for the campaign and the avant-garde fashion film Creative Freedom Is Power, both of which were recently released at the same time as the vintages.

Hand-signed by Lady Gaga, the N° 1 sculpture in the exclusive limited-edition numbered series is up for auction.

Dom Pérignon Cellar Master Vincent Chaperon

The Queendom is the fantastical universe created by director Nick Knight for the large-scale multimedia campaign starring the eccentric singer, dressed head to toe in pink. With experiential visuals that inspire joie de vivre, creative energy, and celebration, and the song “Free Woman”—from her album Chromatica—as the soundtrack, the short film is a swirling explosion of colours, textures, and patterns, epitomizing the absolute expression of unbridled creativity.

This seemingly unlikely partnership between Lady Gaga and Dom Pérignon is actually a very natural association between two pioneers in their fields, devoted to their professions, who unhesitatingly push boundaries, without ever losing sight of themselves. In short, two forces sharing a creative freedom that resonates and inspires others.


In addition to exclusive bottles, the partnership includes a sculpture that acts like a metal veil—evoking the fluid movement of satin on skin— enveloping a jeroboam of Rosé Vintage 2005 signed by Lady Gaga. The singer and actress designed this work of art in collaboration with artistic director Nicola Formichetti.

All profits generated by the sale of this limited-edition piece—produced in 110 numbered copies—will be given to the Born This Way Foundation started by Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta in 2011. The foundation’s mission is to support the mental health of young people, working with them to create a kinder, braver world—a world that promotes empowerment.

Dom Pérignon pledged to donate the entirety of the profits from the sculpture’s sale to Born This Way Foundation.
